Before joining Hero Group, she led news and editorial strategy at U.S. News & World Report, overseeing national coverage and rankings projects including Best States, Best Countries, and Healthiest Communities. Her work has shaped how millions of readers understand the world — through data, storytelling, and trust.

As Hero Group’s Director of Communications, Morgan brings that same clarity and precision to how we tell our story — and how we help collision repair professionals tell theirs. She translates technology into human impact, ensuring every product launch, partnership, and message reflects the purpose behind what we build: helping shop owners work smarter, earn more, and stay in control.

Morgan is also the founder of Strategy TK Group, a boutique consultancy that helps purpose-driven organizations find and share their story through thoughtful strategy and authentic communication. Across every role, her mission remains the same — make the message meaningful, and make it matter.
