With over 14 years of leadership across operations, customer support, and onboarding, Shane focuses on creating the “silent precision” that allows businesses to scale without friction.

A natural builder and tireless advocate, Shane’s mission is to ensure every Hero Group customer can navigate and utilize our products effortlessly. Before joining the team, he served as VP of Operations for Real Brokerage, where he standardized the onboarding journey for a tech-powered real estate market.

His tenure as an Operations Manager at Uber saw him leading global and national initiatives that drove millions in cost savings while refining large-scale processes. At his core, Shane doesn’t just solve problems—he designs the systems that prevent them.
