Dean Hancock has spent nearly four decades in the collision repair industry, specializing in both heavy-duty and automotive repair. As the former owner of Bob Johnson’s Body Shop in Cayce, SC, he led the business for 14 years, earning a reputation for quality, efficiency, and integrity. His career also includes 10 years as an automotive and commercial paint technician, 12 years as a manufacturer representative, and more than two years working with a multi-shop operator.

A Six Sigma Black Belt and I-CAR Platinum-certified professional, Dean brings a process-driven, results-oriented mindset to everything he does. He was a founding member and later president of the national Business Council Group for Commercial Collision Repair, and he continues to serve the industry through the HD Forum advisory board and as a PPG Damage Analysis facilitator.
